My fiancé and I bought our first home last year, and using my uncle as our mortgage broker was an easy yes! He made the entire process so easy and stress-free. He was always just an email away and would get back to us within minutes!

Some people find you a mortgage. Rik became our therapist, cheerleader, problem-solver, and mortgage broker all rolled into one.
We were definitely the "problem child" clients. What was hoped to have been a straightforward mortgage turned into months and months of twists, turns, and hidden hurdles. Through it all, Rik never once made us feel like we were a burden. He was patient, supportive, and somehow always had a solution—or at least a next step.
From the very beginning, he made us feel like more than just another client. He genuinely cared, took the time to answer every question (and there were a lot!), kept us informed every step of the way, and celebrated the wins with us along the journey.
He worked tirelessly to get us across the finish line, and we honestly don't think many brokers would have stuck with us the way he did.

Rik was phenomenal while I was purchasing my first home! He found me the lowest rates , ensured I got approved, and made the entire process so smooth!!! I was away on vacation for majority of trying to get my paperwork in on time to the banks and he was on top of it! Made sure everything got in on time as well as walked me through the entire process.
